About No Name Saloon

The No Name Saloon story began in 2000 when Jesse Shetler, a Chicago transplant who fell in love with Park City in the mid-80s, signed the lease on a historic building at 447 Main Street. After an extensive remodel that added a full kitchen, Jesse opened the doors in January 2000. Shortly after, he lost a lawsuit over the original Alamo name. "I couldn't think of a name that the community would positively embrace so I registered it as No Name Saloon."

Over the years, we've grown with the city. In 2007, we expanded to include a back kitchen, upstairs mezzanine, and our signature heated rooftop patio. Then in 2020, we took over the building next door to add Annex Burger — a family-friendly spot — and The Loft, an additional bar room upstairs.

The building itself has a rich history. Erected in 1905 by the M.S. Aschiem Mercantile Company, it's been home to the Utah Independent Telephone Company, Utah Power & Light, a liquor store, a bowling alley, a pool hall, and the Alamo Bar before we arrived. Today, No Name Saloon continues to be a favorite gathering spot, known for its unique atmosphere, eclectic decor, and countless memorable nights. To everyone who's been with us on this ride: thank you. To those just discovering us: welcome.
